The East Hempfield Township Board of Supervisors intends to continue working with the Lancaster Public Library regarding the donation of funds to support the Mountville Library. We sincerely hope that a mutually beneficial agreement can be reached allowing the disbursement of funds, as previously scheduled, at the end of October.
