TAMMY MARSH

SUPPORT SERVICES LIEUTENANT
 
   


Lieutenant Marsh was hired by East Hempfield Township in May of 1997 as a Patrol Officer.  In 2000 she was promoted to Detective where she was responsible for investigating a variety of criminal offenses.  While a Detective Lt. Marsh was a member of Lancaster County Major Crime Unit, Lancaster County Crash Team, East Coast Gang Investigator’s Assoc., International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators and PA Homicide Investigators.  Lt. Marsh was also responsible for co-authoring the M.P.O.E. T.C mandatory training manual for Identity Theft in 2006.  In 2010 she was promoted to Patrol Sergeant where she oversaw a shift to include K9.  In January of 2013 Lt. Marsh became Detective Sergeant overseeing the Criminal Investigative Division.  In June of 2014 she was promoted to Support Services Lieutenant.  In addition she currently serves as the Public Information Officer for East Hempfield Township.  

Lieutenant Marsh graduated from Cocalico High School in 1987 and Kutztown University in 1990.  She holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice.  Lt. Marsh has attended numerous trainings in leadership and supervision.  She has received numerous commendations for her work in East Hempfield Township.  Lt. Marsh is married to Jeffrey Marsh and has two children, Colin and Dillon, and two dogs.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching her son play basketball and baseball and traveling. 



                         JENNIFER BRUBAKER

PATROL OPERATIONS LIEUTENANT

Lieutenant Brubaker was hired by East Hempfield Township. in August 2000.  She began and continues her career in the patrol division.  While a patrol officer, she served as a Field Training Officer, Bike Officer , was a member of the Lancaster County Auto Theft Task Force, the Lancaster County DUI Task Force, Crisis Intervention Team and was a hostage negotiator for the Special Emergency Response Team.  Lieutenant Brubaker was promoted to Sergeant in January 2013 where she supervised a platoon and the departments K-9 unit.  In August 2014, she was promoted to Patrol Lieutenant.     

Lieutenant Brubaker graduated from Cumberland Valley High School and Elizabethtown College.  She holds a B.S. in Business Administration.  Lieutenant Brubaker has attended a number of police leadership and supervisory classes.  While serving as a Patrol Sergeant, her shift received numerous unit citations.  She is married with two dogs.  When not working, Lieutenant Brubaker can be found enjoying outdoor activities such as biking, running, hiking, skiing and kayaking.  Lieutenant Brubaker stands behind the department’s mission statement and motto, P.R.I.D.E. in Service.
